They’re family. Paul Walker’s daughter, Meadow Walker, received support from her late father’s Fast and the Furious costars Vin Diesel and Jordana Brewster at her wedding.
The model, 22, announced on Friday, October 22, that she and Louis Thornton-Allan tied the knot. “We’re married!!!!” she wrote via Instagram alongside a compilation video from the nuptials.
In the montage, Meadow hugged Brewster, 41, as the actress took in the bride’s gown and veil, sweetly rubbing her back. The Paul Walker Foundation founder also chatted with Diesel — who is her godfather — and leaned her head over on his. The actor, 54, later stood beside a vintage car while the newlyweds sat inside.
A source confirmed to Us Weekly that Diesel walked Meadow down the aisle during the ceremony, in place of her late father.
Meadow sparked engagement rumors in August when she showed off a diamond ring in an Instagram video. She subsequently posted a photo of herself and Thornton-Allan wearing what appeared to be matching wedding bands on October 11, writing, “Best friend.”
The couple made their relationship public in July when the actor shared a photo of them on a couch.
Meadow has remained close to her father’s costars from the Fast and Furious franchise since he died in a car accident in November 2013 at age 40. His daughter — whom he shared with ex-girlfriend Rebecca Soteros — was 15 at the time.
Paul played Brian O’Conner in the films. His final appearance in the franchise was 2015’s Furious 7, which he was in the process of shooting at the time of his death. Diesel portrays Brian’s best friend, Dominic Toretto, while Brewster stars as his girlfriend, Mia Toretto.
Meadow has leaned on Diesel for support since her father’s death. “She counts Vin and his kids as family and will talk to them on days she’s struggling, and she has their backs too,” a source exclusively told Us in June.
Despite finding a second family in Paul’s absence, the California native has maintained her connection to her dad. “Meadow is so proud of her dad and goes out of her way to respond to people who send letters or express their love of him and his work,” the insider noted. “She posts tributes to him on social media, keeps in touch with the people who were important in his life and generally acts on the advice he gave her whilst he was still alive.”
The source added that Meadow believes her father is “looking down and protecting her from heaven.”

A groom is furious that his brother-in-law stole the spotlight during his wedding. He shared the incident on Reddit’s “Am I the A******” forum. “My wife’s brother [is] a doctor and treats others as less than,” the groom said. “Days before this wedding, he came to us and asked if he could announce his wedding date before the ceremony begins, but I politely said no. “He said ‘fine’ and dropped out. The daughter of late Fast & Furious star Paul Walker has tied the knot, with godfather Vin Diesel walking her down the aisle in place of her father.

Meadow Walker, the daughter of late actor Paul Walker, has tied the knot.
“We’re married,” Meadow, 22, captioned video from her wedding Friday afternoon on Instagram, revealing that she wed Louis Thornton-Allan after a two-month engagement.
Vogue reports that the wedding took place “earlier this month” without giving an exact date.

Soon after sharing the news, new hubby Louis commented on Meadow’s post, “Forever,” along with a purple heart and globe emoji.
He also shared a small collection of photos from the wedding on his own Instagram account, simply captioning the shots, “I Love You.”
Meadow’s godfather, Paul’s Fast & Furious co-star Vin Diesel, walked the model down the aisle in place of her father, a source at E! News claims.
Co-star Jordana Brewster was also present for the ceremony, which took place in the Dominican Republic, and was seen hugging the veiled bride in a clip.

“The pandemic impacted our plans,” Meadow told Vogue while discussing the ceremony’s intimate guest list.
“Louis’s family wasn’t able to attend. A lot of close friends whom we consider family were also unable to attend due to travel restrictions.”
The bride said “I do” in a custom Givenchy Haute Couture dress, and wore a more “fun and youthful” look to the New York City celebration that followed in the days after their return to the States.
Back in August, Meadow confirmed her engagement to the actor with an Instagram video showing off her ring while going for a swim.
Meadow and Louis were engaged earlier this year.
It’s unclear how long the couple dated before their engagement, but they became Instagram-official in July.
Just last week, the beauty shared a photo of the couple on the beach, captioning the snap “best friend.”
Meadow is Walker’s daughter with Rebecca Soteros, a girlfriend, and lived with her mother in Hawaii for 13 years before relocating to California with Walker in 2011.
She was just 15 years old when her father was killed at age 40 in a fiery car crash in November 2013.
